I combine somatic coaching, nervous system healing, and sacred technology to help to break The Good Girl Rules and embrace The Rebel Codes on every level.

The women I work with DREAM BIG.

They are wildly creative, sensitive AF, were often deemed the "too much" ones in their family, and are, what I believe to be, the ones who are born to lead us all into this next era.

They are founders, artists, creatives, and visionaries tired of dimming their light to make others comfortable. They're ready to rise.

Breaking the
Good Girl Rules
requires a
devotion
to root
more deeply
in
your body
and authenticity
to rise faster
in your vision.

ARE YOU READY?

The power is in the present.

Let's Get to Work!
Meet Beth

Hi loves,
I'm Beth.

You feel it, don't you? That low hum of frustration — the inner tug that says, "I was made for more than this."

Maybe you've been doing all the right things: working on yourself, showing up for others, trying to stay grateful. But beneath it all, you can feel the ache. You're done performing, proving, and pleasing just to feel worthy — ready to stop shape-shifting into who the world told you to be and finally become who you actually are.

If you're here, love, you're not broken. You're waking up.

The Work

It's not about becoming someone new — it's about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

I combine coaching, nervous-system healing through meditative movement, and sacred ritual to help you break the Good Girl Rules and embrace the Rebel Codes — on every level.

The women I work with dream big. They're the artists, leaders, creators, and visionaries tired of dimming their light to make others comfortable — and they're ready to rise.

My Mission

I'm here to help women unleash their truest expression and highest potential — mind, body, and soul.

This work goes beyond the mind. It lives in your cells, your posture, your breath.

We cannot rise while trying to hide.

Born Wild

What we unravel

  • The internalized rules about what it means to be "good"
  • The somatic patterns that keep your truth locked inside
  • The unconscious ways you disconnect from your power, your desires, and your deepest needs

What rises in its place

  • Embodiment, agency, and soul-rooted clarity
  • Radical permission to lead a life that turns you on
  • A reverent, trusting relationship with your own body

And it ripples through everything — the money you allow yourself to receive, the intimacy in your relationships, the clarity around your purpose, the creativity and life force you channel, and the legacy you leave in your wake.

"Your body will not allow your truest self to emerge until she knows it's safe to do so."

My Story

I know this work intimately — because it saved me.

On the outside, I was a high-achieving performer. Underneath, I was addicted to control — caught in cycles of body dysmorphia, self-sabotage, and disembodied eating and drinking. I struggled to feel safe with other women, and carried a deep fear that if I let go of who I thought I should be, everything would fall apart.

With the support of mentors, teachers, and the healing power of embodiment work, I slowly unraveled. And I rebuilt.

What I rebuilt:
  • A rooted, soul-led life that mirrors my authentic expression
  • A thriving, purpose-driven business serving hundreds of women
  • Deep friendship and sisterhood with other women
  • A motherhood journey on my own terms
  • A loving, reverent relationship with my body as my most intimate guru
  • A sacred, body-led spiritual path that honors my truth

When we root deeper in the body, we rise higher in our vision.

I help women alchemize their deepest patterns into portals of power, purpose, and pleasure. Because our struggles are never the dead end — they are the doorway.

A Note on Unearned Privilege

Naming what's shaped my path.

My pronouns are she/her. I'm a white, cisgender, able-bodied woman in a hetero relationship, living on the unceded lands of the Mohican people in upstate New York. My unearned privilege has shaped what's been accessible to me every step of the way. No one can manifest their way out of systemic oppression.

While my work centers on dismantling internalized patriarchy, I hold deep awareness that these patterns intersect with many other forms of oppression — and that patriarchy disproportionately impacts women of the Global Majority and the LGBTQIA2S+ community. My intention is to create space where all women and non-binary folks feel seen, respected, and safe to unravel their own conditioning. None of us is free until all of us are free.

Breaking the Good Girl Rules requires a devotion to root more deeply in your body — so you can rise faster in your vision.
